***Any player wishing to apply for PoC LS for dynamis must read these rules before completing an application!***
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Section I: General Information

1. If you are overly greedy then do not bother applying. We would like to see every member get the items he/she wants, but there must be an order to this for fairness to all members.

2. A RunLeader is designated at the beginning of a run and is responsible for keeping attendance, assigning jobs, lotting coins, resolving disputes and any other duties as needed.

3. Any member is good standing with PoC LS may participate in Dynamis with the LS.

4. Do NOT start any drama or problems in the linkshell! There is already a limited time on the hourglass and we will NOT waste time handling disputes during a run or event. If you have a problem please take it up with that person in /tells or /tell the RunLeader.
-----A: If you can not resolve an issue with a member, bring it to a sacks attention, not other members. This causes more drama, and all partys involve will be penilzed or subject to removed from shell.
-----B. If an issue happens in shell, do not go asking around what the issue was or for infomation on what happened. If you are not a sack, it is none of your business, unless your a person involved, then a sack will /tell you. Drama queens are not wanted and will be removed from shell.

5. Jobs will be assigned prior to the run starting, and will be based on the needs at the time. If a member is on time but is asked to go change jobs he/she will not be counted as late.
-----A. All Samuri's with the weaponskill Tachi : Fudo MUST sub Thief during dynamis, unless told otherwise. This is done to better help drops if our main job Thiefs can not hit monster.

6. Each new applicant will be placed on probation. Probation will last until that player has completed at least 75% of 3 runs or has 15 points, whichever comes first.

7. If a member is online then they should be at the Dynamis zone and ready at the scheduled time. Out Partying, doing missions/quests/bcnms etc etc. is NOT a valid excuse to miss a dynamis event. Any member caught out doing so will be penilized and repeated offenses will be subject to removal from linkshell.
-----A. Leaving an event before event completion to attend another event with a different linkshell will not be tolerated. Anyone caught doing so will be penizled and repeated offenses will be subject to removal from shell.

8. Runs are on Wednesdays 9 PM EST, and Sundays 1 PM EST. We try to gather together 30minutes to 1 hour prior to allow leaders ample time to set up parties and alliances.

9. Any member that does dynamis with a different shell without sack approval will be removed from PoC. In some cases we may contact other shells to help members get needed clears, BUT this will be handled by sacks only and approved for only 1 run.

10. Any member that leaves PoC either on their own accord or by being removed from the shell will forfeit all points, standing, lotting rights and any other perks awarded to PoC members.

11. Any member asking questions about another member lots/points/etc will be ingorned and subject to be penilized.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Section II: Points

1. Points are awarded to members who attend dynamis runs with RoC linkshell. Points are awarded at the end of each run (points earned during a current run can not be used to bid on items during that same run).

2. A total of 3 points per run may be obtained and are awarded as follows:
----- 1 point earned for entering the dynamis on time with the LS (if you are late for whatever reason you will not earn this point).
----- 1 point earned for staying and participating for more than 60% of a run.
----- 1 point is earned for exiting the run with the LS. The end of the run is determined by the RunLeader only.

3. The RunLeader will be responsible for keeping track of points. If you feel there is a problem with your points then you may contact the RunLeader for an explanation.

4. Points can be deducted for several reasons. The most common are:
----- A. when a player obtains an item.
---------- The point costs are listed below:
--------------- Relic Armor: -5 points
--------------- Relic Armor job 70+: -5 points
--------------- Relic Armor job 60+: -3 points
--------------- Relic Armor job 50+: -3 points
--------------- Relic Armor Freelot: -0 points
--------------- Relic Weapons: -0 points
--------------- Relic Accessories: -5 points
--------------- Relic -1 Items 70+ : -5 points
--------------- Relic -1 Items 60+ : -3 points
--------------- Relic -1 Items 50+ : -3 points
--------------- Relic -1 Items Freelot : -0 points
-----B. If a player is overly disruptive to a run.
---------- Disruption of run points are deducted based on an individual basis. If this happens the RunLeader will simply state that "PlayerB has been deducted points for Run Disruption." The RunLeader will /tell PlayerB after the run of the number of points that were deducted.

5. If a member has declared a job but has insufficient points to cover his/her lot then the item will default to the next player in line with either primary or secondary lots on this item.
----- If no other player has that job declared then the item will be called freelot 70+, freelot 60+, freelot 50+ and finally freelot until the item is bid or goes freelot.
---------- example: PlayerA has 2 points and primary lot job of WHM, if the WHM item drops then PlayerA must wait until the item is called Freelot50+ before he/she may lot.

6. Intentionally missing too many dynamises may result in loss of points and/or removal from the Linkshell.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Section III: Jobs

1. A member may only declare 1 primary and 1 secondary lotting job. The declared jobs do not have to be that players main/everyday job, but the job must be at least 70 to declare it.

2. Members may come to or be asked to change to a job that is not on their primary or secondary lots. This will not keep the player from lotting his/her declared jobs.
----- example: PlayerA has 1. PLD 2. DRK, the player comes to dynamis as SMN. PlayerA can still lot PLD and DRK items, but not SMN items.

3. All Samuri's with the weapon skill Tachi : Fudo MUST sub Thief during dynamis, unless told otherwise. This is done to better help drops if our main job Thiefs can not hit monster.

4. A primary lot job will take priority over a secondary lot job.
-----example: PlayerA has 1.PLD 2.DRK and PlayerB has 1.NIN 2.PLD, if a PLD item drops then PlayerA will have the lot priority.

5. A member may change their lotting jobs (either primary or secondary) at any time, but will be imposed a 2 run penalty for doing such. This will only pertain to the job that has been changed.
-----example: PlayerA has 1. PLD 2. DRK, PlayerA decides to change his lot jobs to 1. PLD 2. BLU. In this case PlayerA still has priority on PLD items but may not lot any DRK or BLU items for 2 runs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Section IV: Items and Lotting

1. All coins dropped within any Dynamis run will be lotted on by either the RunLeader or a designated person.

2. Select items will be lotted on by the LS. In all fairness we have decided that with these select items willl be sold by the LS. Select items will then be split evenly to all members during the bonus at the end of month.

3. Other items such as Relic Iron, Giant frozen heads etc. will not be lotted on. They will be computer randomed to players by the game.

4. Theories and Stratagems will be designated by the RunLeader. These will be prioritized by Tanks, Sac Pullers and Kiters.

5. Relic Armor will be determined by points and job declarations. These are determined as follows:
----- A. Player with job listed as his/her primary job.
----- B. Players points.
----- Note : Due to the increase in relic drops, some miscalls may happen. It is up to the affected member to bring the mistake to the caller's attention.

6. Relic Armor that drops, but no player has it as a listed lotting job and/or does not need that item will then be called for open lots. Points may still be deducted even for obtaining an item in this manor. The calls and point deduction are listed below.
----- A. " *job* 70+ non-probation may lot" -5 points if item is obtained
----- B. " *job* 60+ non-probation may lot" -3 points if item is obtained
----- C. " *job* 50+ non-probation may lot" -3 points if item is obtained
----- D. "The *job item* is now freelot" -0 points

7. Relic Weapons are freelot in most cases. Priority is given to a player with the job to use the item and wishes to obtain the item.

8. There are certain items need to upgrade relic weapons. As a rule we will generally not fight these mobs unless a member needs it for an upgrade. If a specific item is needed then the member should contact a sack so that we may work out a schedule to attempt to get this item.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Section V: Sponsoring Runs

Any member wishing to upgrade a relic and sponsor runs need to agree to the following rules:

1. A member wishing to sponsor a run must be in good standing with PoC LS and have a min. of 10 runs with the LS.

2. A member is responsible for completing Stage 1 on his/her own. This shows the leaders a dedication to upgrading relic.

3. A member may only fully sponsor runs in zones that drop the specific currency to upgrade the weapon. In multi-coin areas (jeuno, xarc, beauc) the member will be responsible for buying into the glass at a cost of 150,000 gil. The member will then only be eligible to receive the coins needed for his/her particular upgrade.

4. CoP(Dreamworld) zones are able to be sponsored.

5. All currency is held by the LS until enough coins are acquired to progress to the next stage of the relic.

6. If a member was sponsoring a Relic weapon upgrade and chooses to leave the Linkshell will only receive 75% of the accumulated coins. If a member that is sponsoring a Relic is removed due to violations of the Rules then that member will only receive 50% of the accumulated coins.
----- *The % loss of coins will be kept by the LS for storage fees, bookkeeping and time involved in keeping track of the coins etc.

7. The LS will attempt to help the member with the R/Ex items required from northlands zones. This is dependent on whether or not members need the clear for a zone in which case clear>upgrade items.

8. Even during sponsored runs all Relic gear will be deducted points for obtaining.

9. Any of the select items will still go the the LS and not the sponsor.

10. Any member wishing to sponsor must be approved by a majority sack vote.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Section VI: CoP Dynamis Zones

1. Relic Accessories:
----- A. Relic accessories can be a separate job from a members primary or secondary jobs.
----- B. To declare a job for Relic accessory a member must have that job at level 75.
----- C. Any member wishing to declare their jobs may only declare 1 (one) job for a Relic accessory. After obtaining a Relic accessory a member may change his/her job choice, but will be subjected to the 2 run no-lotting penalty. This penalty will only apply to the accessory job and not to primary or secondary jobs.

2. Relic +1 items:
----- A. To lot on Relic +1 items a member does not need to have that job declared as either his/her Primary or Secondary jobs, must have the job at the level called for lotting. Example : PLD Feet -1 drops, the lotting call goes 70+, 60+, 50+, the member must have job at that level to lot.
----- B. The member must also already possess the corresponding Relic piece.
----- C. The member must be willing to purchase the currency required to upgrade the item. In cases such as this the member(s) will get a reduced price on the currency, but only on enough currency as required to upgrade the item.
----- example:
  1. PlayerA has job lots PLD/RDM and 100 points
  2. PlayerB has job lots PLD/RDM and 120 points.
  3. The Relic +1 for Valor Surcoat(PLD body) drops. PlayerA has the Surcoat already PlayerB does not.
  4. PlayerA would be able to lot on the Relic +1 because he/she already has the corresponding piece to be upgraded.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Section VII: Shadowlord Items

Shadow items will be bid on by a mamabers points. To be eligible to bid on the item(s) a member must be able to use the item.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Section VIII: Member Responsibilities

1. Members are responsible for bringing any items that his/her job may require. This includes foods, drinks, meds, tools etc.

2. BUFFERS! I can not stress this enough. Ever member should enter dynamis with at least a 10k buffer. If a member delvls during a run this could affect armor and skill levels to the point of being detrimental to the run. This is unacceptable. At present we will not impose a penalty for deleveling; however, if this is a continuous problem we may change this.

3. All Samuri's with the weapon skill Tachi : Fudo MUST sub Thief during dynamis, unless told otherwise. This is done to better help drops if our main job Thiefs can not hit monster.

4. Members are encouraged to bring their own RR item(s). Due to the limited time within a dynamis area A player may be forced to take an R1. We will attempt to give members R2 and R3s, but this is not a guarantee.

5. Knowing your character and your characters job only. We understand that people in the game love to give "advice" to other players about how to play their jobs. The only people that should be worried about a players job performance are the sacks. If there are deficiencies we will address it. We do not need other members overriding our decisions.

6. Keeping up with current rules. We the leaders will make every attempt we can to inform members of rule changes; however, it is ultimately the members responsibility to keep updated.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Section IX: Multiple accounts/Dual Boxing

Although it is not standard practice, we do allow the use of multiple accounts (i.e. dual-boxing) under the following conditions.

1. Both chars may be permitted to enter dynamis at the same time, but may only operate 1 account at a time during fights, but may move the 2nd character during non fight periods to keep up with the alliance or in the event 1 character dies, the Player may then start using the 2nd character. Otherwise we feel that running a 2nd character within a dynamis zone full time may distract the Player from the task at hand.

2. The player will only accrue and lose points as 1 character, but may use the points on either character to bid Relics.

3.The Player may only designate 1 (one) character per run for lotting purposes. Any Freelot items may be bid on by both characters.
It is also the Players responsibility to pass all Relics, coins etc. in a timely manner on both accounts.

4. The character being utilized (played) within the dynamis zone does not have to be the designated character for lotting.

5. In some rare cases a player may be asked to use the 2nd account to hold items in case of later need. These could include but are not limited to Poison pots, Potions, Ethers, etc.

6. If any player is caught violating these rules then he/she will no longer be allowed to bring both characters into a zone at the same time.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Section X : Possible Penalties

Step 1 Penalty : Verbal Warning

Step 2 Penalty : Reduction in the end of month payout.

Step 3 Penalty : No end of month payout.

Step 4 Penalty : Place on 3 run probation.

Step 5 Penalty : Removal from shell.
